NOTE: We DO NOT handle purchases from abroad or other sites that have Ulefone in their name.

We answer all questions within 12-24 hours and when the need for service has been determined by our technicians, we will return with instructions on how to send the product to our service center.

Many problems can be fixed remotely without having to send the device to us and it is therefore important that you contact us via chat, by phone +46 8 55109404 or by email to info@ulefone.se before sending your Ulefone in for service. This way we save time and Hopefully the problem will be resolved on your site.

Warranty conditions

The warranty only covers products that have been used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions. If improper use has caused damage to the product, the defect is not covered by the warranty.

Damage caused by software, viruses, power outages, lightning, misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions provided, including installation errors or physical damage by the customer, is not covered by the warranty. The product should always be charged in a grounded electrical outlet.

The use of accessories or software that increases or changes performance will void the warranty. Unless specifically stated, Ulefone is not responsible for the compatibility of software or devices.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion, oxidation, rust and natural damage. The warranty does not cover damage to the exterior of the product such as scratches or fading.

Unless explicitly stated, Ulefone is not responsible for compatibility with software or other devices.

The warranty also does not apply to faults or damage caused by force majeure (e.g. earthquake, fire, lightning and unstable power supply). The warranty also does not apply if the product has been repaired by yourself.

Phones purchased at ulefone.se have a 24-month warranty. Accessories purchased at ulefone.se have a 6-month warranty.

NOTE! If a NON-warranty case is determined, an investigation fee of SEK 500 and a shipping fee of SEK 150 will be charged if you wish to return the product. If you choose to scrap the product, no investigation fee will be charged. Prices excluding VAT.
