Troubleshooting
I CANNOT MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS
Calls may sometimes not work on all phones despite a working connection. In this case, you may experience that you do not receive a signal or information that someone has tried to call you.
1. The solution is to let calls go over a normal GSM connection:
Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Enhanced 4G/5G -> Off
2. If you still can't make calls, force your phone to use a 3G or 4G internet connection:
Settings-> More -> Mobile networks -> Preferred network > 3G lr 4G
MY DEVICE WILL NOT CONNECT TO THE NETWORK
1. Check that the phone is not in flight mode and that the mobile network is activated.
2. Make sure you have a SIM card in and that it is installed correctly. If your device supports dual SIM cards, try inserting the SIM card into both slots.
3. Make sure the SIM card is unlocked after the reboot. To verify this, call a random number.
4. Make sure the SIM card is working, try with another SIM or with your SIM in another phone
5. Restart your device and try connecting to the Internet again.
6. Contact your carrier to make sure the problem is not there. If the problem persists, Follow these steps to factory reset your phone. The error may be software-related and may be fixed by restoring the software to factory settings. Don't forget to back up your phone before performing a factory reset.
7. If the problem persists and the warranty is valid, contact Ulefone's service or your dealer. When contacting customer service, tell us exactly what is wrong, how the problem started, and what steps you have taken to ensure the problem is properly troubleshooted.
MY CONNECTION IS WEAK OR I HAVE NO CONNECTION TO THE NETWORK
1. Make sure your carrier is well connected to the area where you want to use the network.
2. Do other phones work normally in the area?
3. Restart the device.
4. If the Internet does not work with 4G or stops working, switch to a 3G network, so that your phone connection does not vary between networks:
Settings-> More -> Mobile networks -> Preferred network > 3G
5. Contact your carrier to make sure the problem is not there. If the problem persists, follow these steps to factory reset your phone. The error may be software-based and the error may be fixed by restoring the software to factory settings. Don't forget to back up your phone data before performing a reset
6. If the problem persists and the warranty is valid, contact Ulefone's service or your dealer. When contacting customer service, tell us exactly what is wrong, how the problem started, and what steps you have taken to ensure the problem is properly troubleshooted.
MY BLUETOOTH / WIFI / GPS HAS PROBLEMS
1. Make sure Bluetooth/Wifi/GPS is enabled on both your phone and the device you are connecting to.
2. Restart your phone and reconnect to the Bluetooth device you want to connect.
3. If the connection does not work, deactivate the connection and set up the connection again:
Wifi: Settings > Network & Internet > Wifi > Connection Name > Forget
Bluetooth: Settings > Connected devices > Connection settings > Bluetooth
4. If Bluetooth does not work on your device even though it is on, turn on GPS as well. On some models, Bluetooth only works if GPS is on at the same time.
5. If the connections still do not connect with the selected device, make sure that the device works with other devices. If the device does not connect with other devices, the problem may be with your phone. If your phone works with other devices, there is most likely a problem with the other device or the devices are incompatible (Bluetooth version not supported or similar issues)
6. If the problem persists and the warranty is valid, you can contact Ulefone's service or contact your retailer. When contacting customer service, tell us exactly what is wrong, how the problem started, and what steps you have taken to ensure the problem is properly troubleshooted.
