Your rights under Swedish consumer law apply together with, and in addition to, your rights under Ulefone's limited warranty and any Ulefone Care plan.

According to Swedish consumer law, the consumer may choose to have defective goods or goods that do not conform to the purchase contract repaired or replaced free of charge. If a repair or replacement is not possible or involves an unreasonable cost or burden for the seller, the consumer may choose to have the price reduced or to cancel the contract and return the product in exchange for a full refund, provided that the defect is of significant importance to the consumer and that the value of the product has not decreased due to the consumer's actions. The seller bears the primary responsibility for providing a solution if a claim is valid. The consumer can make a claim against Ulefone ONLY if the goods were purchased from www.ulefone.se. These rights apply for three years from the delivery of the goods and the consumer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. These time limits do not apply when the seller has shown negligence, violated good faith or if the defect violates a statutory sales ban or a significantly inadequate safety defect.

According to Swedish consumer law, defective goods or goods that do not comply with the purchase agreement that are discovered within 12 months of delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. Once the 12 months have passed, the burden of proof for defective goods or goods that do not comply with the contract normally shifts to the consumer.
